準備 / Preparation
(1) ポスターについて / Poster
発表当日、大型ディスプレイを設置します。 / The large displays will be set up on the day of presentation
（A グループ：当日9:00西館4F集合。大型ディスプレイの搬入、設置 / Group A: Gather West Building 4F at 9:00 AM on the day to set up the displays)
＊大型ディスプレイにはHDMIで接続しますので、各自のノートPCを用いてください。 / The HDMI can be connected to the display. Bring your own PC for the presentation.
＊ポスターには動画や音声を含めて構いません．/ The videos or voices can be included to the poster.
＊複数枚は禁止ではありませんが、可能な限り一覧性が高いポスターを準備してください。 / It is not prohibited to display multiple pieces of posters, but try to make the poster in one piece.
＊展示・発表にあたっては指導教員の了承を得てください。/ The approval of your supervisor is required about your poster and presentations contents.
＊ディスプレイは原則横型とします。/ Displays are basically horizontal monitors.
(2) 紹介について / Indexing
- 12/6（金）15:00までに、Moodle経由で発表用PPTおよびポスター原稿(PDF)を提出してください。 / Submit the presentation PPT and poster data (PDF) via Moodle by 15:00, December 6 (Fri).

(3) 抄録について / Abstract
- 12/6（金）15:00までに、Moodle経由で抄録を提出してください。抄録のフォーマット・ページ数については指導教員の指示を受けてください。 / Submit the abstract via Moodle by 15:00, December 6 (Fri). Consult your supervisor about it’s format and number of pages.

当日・片付け / The day of presentation and cleaning up
- 指定PCを使って共通実験室で発表を行います。 / Use designated PC for the oral presentation at the Common Laboratory Room.
- 発表当日、Aグループの発表1番目の方は発表に必要な物品を情報科学部講師室から共通実験室に搬入してください。 / On the day of the presentation, the first presenter in Group A brings the necessary items from the lecturer’s office of the Faculty of Computer and Information Science into Common Laboratory Room.
- Aグループは9:00に西館4階 M-4に集合してください。大型ディスプレイを搬入・設置していただきます。 / Group A: Come to the West building, room M-4 at 9:00AM to set up the displays.
- Bグループは9:20までに共通実験室に集合してください。 / Group B: Come to room Common Laboratory Room by 9:20 AM.
- 発表当日は16:00までに大型ディスプレイを片付けてください。 / Should tidy up the displays by 16:00 on presentation day.
- グループBは中間発表会終了次第、会場の原状復帰、大型ディスプレイの返却を手伝ってください。 / Group B: After interim presentation, help to clean up the venue as the previous condition and return displays.
